This is a packet of 120gm Delimas Premix Vegetable Curry Paste (serves3-4 persons). Cooking Instructions: Mix 1 packet of Delimas Vegetable Curry Paste with 300ml water. Bring to boil. Put in 100gm each of pre-sauted brinjal (eggplant), long bean, and lady's finger (okra) together with 100gm each of fried bean curd and cabbage to cook for another 5 minutes. Add in 100ml coconut milk, stir well and bring to boil. Serve hot. Can also be cooked in microwave. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 1 packet paste with 200ml water and 100gm coconut milk. Add in 100gm each of pre-sauted brinjal (eggplant), long bean, and lady's finger (okra) together with 100gm each of fried bean curd and cabbage. Cover and cook on high for 10 minutes. Serve hot. Ingredients: Cooking Oil, Galangal, Lemon Grass, Chilli, Salt, Sugar, Candle Nuts, Ginger, Coriander, Fennel, Cumin, Flavour Enhancer (monosodium glutamate E621), Curry Leaves, Tumeric, Sodium Benzoate (E211).
